1. Eligibility for Refund
A refund is only provided under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product Received
The product arrives physically damaged or broken. - Wrong Product Delivered
You receive a product different from what you ordered. - Missing Items in the Package
Something from your order is missing inside the parcel.
Note:
Refunds are not applicable for dislikes, fragrance preferences, or opened/used products unless damaged upon arrival.
2. Required Proof for Refund Approval
To process your request, you must provide:
- Your Order ID, and
- A 360-degree unboxing video clearly showing:
- The sealed parcel from all sides
- The complete opening/unboxing process
- The product received
- The issue found
Refund requests without a proper 360-degree unboxing video will not be accepted.
3. Refund Request Timeframe
You must inform us of the issue within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Requests submitted after 24 hours will not qualify for a refund.
4. Refund Method
Once approved, your refund will be issued to:
- The original payment method, or
- Your bank account (if preferred)
Processing time: 3–7 business days
5. No Return Policy
Cosmokart.in follows a No Return Policy unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
